Welcome to Stellplatz Europe! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stellplatz Europe mobile application ("App") and related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Stellplatz Europe
Stellplatz Europe provides information about campsites and RV parks across Europe. The App offers a free ad-supported version and a premium subscription without ads.
2. Eligibility
The App is free to use for everyone when downloaded to your own device, directly from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
3. Use of the App
3.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Upload or distribute any harmful code.
4. User Submissions
Stellplatz Europe allows users to submit optional information, including campsite suggestions. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display the content.
You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
If you wish to remove or modify any content you have submitted, please contact us by email: post@stellplatz.app.
5. Data Privacy
We collect and process minimal user data in compliance with GDPR. Your data (if provided) is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted on Google Cloud servers in Europe.

6. Premium Subscription
6.1 Subscription Terms
The premium version of the App removes ads and may offer additional features.
6.2 Payment and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed periodically as indicated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
6.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store’s account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the App are owned by Stellplatz Europe or its licensors. You may not use this content without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. Stellplatz Europe is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellplatz Europe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stellplatz Europe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of the Terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Trøndelag District Court. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Trondheim, Trøndelag, Norway.
